Booking and Confirmation

An agreement is binding once you have received confirmation of your booking. By booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

Payment and Transfers

As there is no automated payment system on the website, payment is settled in connection with the session.

Single Sessions

Payable immediately after the session via cash, Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. For cash payments, please bring the exact amount.

Programs

You may choose to pay the full amount for a program at the start, or take advantage of our installment plan. For installments, the plan is agreed upon during the first meeting, where the first payment is due. Payments can be made in cash or via the mentioned services.

Installment Plan

If you choose to pay for a program in installments, the first payment is made at the start, with the following two installments due one month apart. We will find the specific dates together during our first meeting to ensure they fit your planning.

Bank Transfer

An international bank transfer (IBAN) can take up to 5 business days. Any international transfer fees charged by a Danish bank can be refunded upon agreement.

PayPal

Only transfers in DKK (Danish Kroner) are accepted, as currency conversion fees are otherwise disproportionately high.

Cancellation and No-shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show, the full fee for the session will be invoiced. This also applies to sessions that are part of a program.

Programs and Dedication

A program is a continuous process spanning three sessions. By booking, you dedicate yourself to the full program, as we work with a collective energetic momentum. This entails a financial commitment for all three sessions, regardless of whether the program is discontinued prematurely. If you wish to discontinue a program, completed sessions will be charged at the standard single-session rate, after which the remaining balance will be cancelled.

Responsibility and Confidentiality

Healing and intuitive guidance at Soul Alchemy do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. You are always encouraged to seek medical advice for health concerns. I maintain full confidentiality; everything shared during a session remains strictly between us.

Data and Privacy (GDPR)

Soul Alchemy does not store cookies or sensitive personal information directly on this website. For bookings, an external system (Planway) is used, which handles your data securely. Your contact information is used solely for managing your sessions and is never shared with third parties.
